In July, we talked about a development that Menkes was bringing to Toronto’s Fashion District. We knew the address, the look and even details about the height of the new condo; however we didn’t have a name or identity.

Menkes has just released the projects name, and we are proud to introduce ‘Fabrik‘ to Toronto.
Located at 431 Richmond St. West, Fabrik will rise 16 stories with ground floor retail. It will include 209 residential units and 85 parking spaces in a four level below ground parking. Menkes has hired on Giannone Petricone to design the building.
The fashion district is quickly becoming an interesting one for new and innovative projects. Along with Fabrik, Brad Lamb is bringing ‘Brant Park’ to Brant St. and Adelaide St. West. 32 Camden by the Sobrara Group is preparing to break ground at Camden St. While Lofts 399 by Cresford is currently under construction at Brant St. and Adelaide St. West.

Menkes is one of the top developers in the City of Toronto. They have made waives with the Pears on the Avenue on Avenue Road, Gibson Squire in North York as well as the Four Seasons in Yorkville. They also are developing one of the top condominium sites in the city at 90 Harbour St.
